Oh lordy after our 8 mile run this past Saturday, I have been so so sore! I've only run 3 times since January and with the Little Rock Half coming up in 2 weeks, we gotta get some miles in! So I've hired a sitter for my house 2:30-4:30 pm to get a long run in. Jackie and I have entered the Move it Memphis 10K next Saturday, Feb. 25 just FYI. We also plan to get in the last long run before Little Rock on Sunday, Feb. 26 but details haven't been hammered out and it's too dang early to check the forecast.
The local Muckas running group is putting on a 5 and 10K Farmfest weekend...I'm glad they're doing that!

Ok I didn't say that Stan and Martin are running the 26 full crazy run and me, Kara, Beth Bradshaw, Jimmy and Beth Huff are all doing the 13 miler....:)
