Village Creek State Park will be hosting "Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day." This event is sponsored by the International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA) and will include a bike basics workshop, a basic maintenance workshop, a bike parade and a family friendly trail ride.
1 p.m. Bike Basics Workshop - meet at the softball backstop in the big field.
2 p.m. Bike Parade in campground A.
2:30 p.m. Trail Ride - meet at the softball backstop in the big field.
4 p.m. Basic Bike Maintenance Workshop - meet at the softball backstop in the big field.
There will be snacks and water provided.
IMBA has also given us stickers and race plates to hand out.
